Hey Martha.. great question. We have not gotten there yet. What we do know is the importance of having services on campus to work directly with students. This process will assist us in making other decisions.

I appreciate the commitment to stakeholder inclusion. What is the plan to engage the DESSC and local college matriculation committees?

@Lori: we hope to have the AR-FA Redesign as a standing agenda item at DESSC and need to coordinate with Bernadette Anayah, the DESSC chair. We welcome updates at the appropriate campus PG committees (not all have a matric committee). At FLC, the Redesign has been a standing agenda item on the Matric committee.

@ Lori: o Our college and district PG processes will be critically important to engage a wide array of voices in these discussions.

sorry having a Monday and not sure I articulated my question well - guess my concern is something that you touched on in answer that folks in specific areas will be engaged in process, but it is still unclear exactly how shared governance will be carried out as this process relates to campus committees and specific constituency groups. something I think the administration working on this process needs to keep front and center
